• Referrals or coordinated services involving strategic partners, sister companies, or qualified third-party providers

We may decline work that falls outside our capabilities, capacity, ethical standards, strategic focus, or assessment of responsible fit.

Business Assessments

The Alpha Business Opportunity Assessment™ and related assessment tools are designed to help us understand a business, identify potential communication or operational gaps, evaluate possible opportunities, and determine whether further discussion may be appropriate.

Completing or submitting an assessment:

• Does not create a client relationship
• Does not create an advisory, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship
• Does not guarantee a consultation
• Does not guarantee acceptance as a client
• Does not guarantee that a service or opportunity will be identified
• Does not obligate Alpha Monetizers to provide a proposal, recommendation, referral, or service
• Does not constitute a formal operational audit, legal opinion, financial analysis, or professional certification

Assessment observations are necessarily based on the information made available to us. Incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information may affect any preliminary observations or recommendations.

Consultations and Preliminary Discussions

Consultations, discovery calls, demonstrations, assessments, preliminary recommendations, and informal discussions are intended to explore needs and potential fit.

Unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement, these interactions do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, cybersecurity, employment, insurance, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

You remain responsible for independent business judgment, due diligence, compliance decisions, and the decision to act or not act on information discussed.

A client relationship begins only after the parties execute an applicable written service agreement or other written engagement document.

Artificial Intelligence and Automation

Artificial intelligence and automated systems can improve responsiveness, consistency, routing, lead capture, scheduling, customer communication, and operational efficiency. They also have limitations.

AI-generated or automated output may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, inconsistent, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular context. Results may depend on the quality of data, configuration, integrations, third-party services, instructions, monitoring, and human oversight.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Alpha Monetizers does not represent that an AI or automation system will:

• Operate without interruption or error
• Replace professional judgment or human review
• Understand every inquiry, accent, language, circumstance, or customer intention
• Produce legally, medically, financially, or technically authoritative advice
• Generate a guaranteed volume of leads, sales, appointments, revenue, or savings

Clients remain responsible for approving workflows, scripts, instructions, permissions, escalation paths, disclosures, compliance requirements, and appropriate human supervision for systems deployed in their businesses.

Separate Client Agreements

Website descriptions, conversations, demonstrations, preliminary recommendations, estimates, and proposals do not replace a written client agreement.

Specific projects may require a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, subscription agreement, authorization, order form, or similar document that defines:

• Scope and deliverables
• Fees and payment schedules
• Client responsibilities
• Timelines and dependencies
• Platform, software, usage, or communication costs
• Ownership and licensing
• Confidentiality and data handling
• Support, maintenance, revision, and termination terms

If these website Terms conflict with a separately executed client agreement, the executed client agreement will control with respect to that engagement.

No Guarantee of Business Results

Unless expressly guaranteed in a separately signed agreement, Alpha Monetizers does not guarantee:

• Lead, call, message, appointment, or sales volume
• Search rankings, website traffic, or conversion rates
• Employee performance or customer behavior
• Continuous uptime or uninterrupted third-party services
• Any specific operational, financial, or commercial outcome

Examples, projections, estimates, illustrations, case discussions, and hypothetical scenarios are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as promises of future performance.

Information You Submit

You retain ownership of information you lawfully submit through the website, forms, assessments, consultations, messages, or other communications.

You grant Alpha Monetizers permission to receive, store, review, process, reproduce, and use that information as reasonably necessary to:

• Evaluate potential fit

No license or ownership right is transferred merely because you access the website or receive preliminary information.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected material without prior written authorization.

Strategic Partners, Referrals, and Sister Companies

An assessment may reveal a need that falls outside our primary implementation capabilities or would be better served by another qualified provider.

In those circumstances, Alpha Monetizers may recommend or introduce a strategic partner, sister company, independent contractor, vendor, specialist, or other third-party provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

• The third party is an independent provider
• The third party is responsible for its own services, agreements, representations, pricing, conduct, and performance
• Alpha Monetizers does not guarantee the third party’s work or results
• You are responsible for evaluating the provider and deciding whether to engage it
• Any agreement for third-party services is between you and that provider

Where Alpha Monetizers participates directly in a coordinated engagement, the parties’ roles and responsibilities will be established in the applicable written agreement.

• Your infringement of another party’s rights
