• Clients may apply for a refund for non-delivered services or incorrect services within 30 days of the service commencement.
• For delivered services (e.g., website design, CRM setup), refunds are generally not provided once work has begun. AlphaMonetizers.com will, however, address any issues in performance or service delivery promptly to resolve disputes.
• For non-digital products or merchandise branded under Alpha Monetizers, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. All branded items are made to order, and only defects or errors will be accepted for return.

For any issue received, Alphamonetizers.com will make a judgment based on the facts. The maximum judging time is two weeks after Alphamonetizers.com intervened.
